At WOPL! in Amsterdam you'll find a play café where children can play freely while parents relax and enjoy something tasty. What is the WOPL! Café?

The WOPL! Café is a cosy family café right in the middle of our indoor play and learning world. The play areas are in and around the café, so you can always keep an eye on your child from your table. This way, children can play freely while you sit back and relax — no rushing, no crowds, just enjoying time together.

The café is designed with families in mind: a warm, calm place to play, meet others and discover together. Whether you're taking a break during a long play visit or meeting up with other parents, the play café is the natural gathering spot.

Play and togetherness

The play areas are located in the café, so playing and spending time together flow into one another effortlessly. Between play sessions, children can pop over to you for a sip of a drink or a snack, and then head off on another adventure in the play worlds.

WOPL!'s play café is designed with families in mind: a place to play, to meet and to discover together. Everything is tailored to children aged 1 to 8, so both the youngest and the slightly older children feel at home — and so do you.

Sunny terrace at WOPL! Square

When the sun is out, you can easily take that cosy play café feeling outside to WOPL! Square, our sunny outdoor terrace. Children can play outside too, while you enjoy the good weather with a tasty treat.

Play in three play worlds

Around the play café you'll find our three play worlds, where children can explore to their heart's content:

• World of Water – catch fish, build water tracks, splash and discover.
• World of Construction – giant blocks, driving dump trucks and a climbing adventure.
• World of Art – painting and drawing, clay in the clay corner and discovering colours.

So there's always plenty to experience between snacks and drinks, and you decide when to recharge in the café.

You'll find the WOPL! Café in our play and learning world at Stadionplein 300, 1076 CK Amsterdam. We're open every day from 09:00 to 17:30. On Thursdays adults enter for free with a regular ticket — ideal for a relaxed visit to the play café.
