An indoor playground for children aged 1 to 8

WOPL! is specially designed for children aged 1 to 8. From the tiniest toddlers to adventurous preschoolers: everyone finds something to enjoy here. The spaces are bright, clear and calmly arranged, so children can explore at their own pace while parents relax and watch along. That's why WOPL! doesn't feel like a busy play hall, but like a warm, welcoming play and learning world.

Interactive and inspiring

Every play world is designed to encourage children to move, think and work together. Through play they discover new things – without it feeling like "learning". Children develop their motor skills, imagination and social skills, simply by having fun.

Discover the three play worlds

At WOPL! children play their way through three unique play worlds, each with its own theme and atmosphere:

• World of Water – catch fish, build water channels, splash around and discover how water moves.
• World of Construction – get building with giant blocks, drive dump trucks and climb in the climbing corner.
• World of Art – paint and draw, model in the clay corner and play with colours and shapes.

Because the worlds offer different kinds of play, there's always something new for children to experience – even when they come back again and again.

For the whole family

A visit to WOPL! is fun not only for the children, but for parents too. In the cosy WOPL! Café you can enjoy a coffee, a snack or a full lunch while the children keep playing. On sunny days, settle down on WOPL! Square, our lovely outdoor terrace where children can play outside as well.

On Thursdays, admission for adults is even free (valid with regular tickets), making a day of play even more appealing.

Besides free play, WOPL! offers a wide range of activities for young and old:

• WOPL! Club – a creative Wednesday afternoon for children aged 4 to 8 (€30 per child, 13:30–16:00).
• Birthday parties – celebrate your birthday among the play worlds.
• WOPL! Camp – a cheerful holiday programme in summer.
• After-school care, school trips and after-school activities – groups are very welcome too.

Practical information

WOPL! is open every day from 09:00 to 17:30. You'll find us at Stadionplein 300, 1076 CK Amsterdam. Single child tickets (ages 1–7) cost €9.95 online and €10.95 at the door; for ages 8+ and adults you pay €6.95 online or €7.95 at the door. Visiting more often? Then a membership (from €11 per month) or a flexible multi-visit card (from €8 per visit) are great options.
